Shipping And Return Policy
When you place your order, you can choose from a few shipping options. You'll see estimated delivery dates provided based on shipping option you choose. Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provide upon checkout.
Products are shipped within 1-4 business days. After that, items typically arrive to customers within:
USA: 2-5 days (Excluding Sundays)
USA Priority: 1-2 days (Excluding Sundays)
Canada: 5-10 business days
EU : 2-3 Business days for Germany, 3-10 Business days for the rest of the EU, 5-20 Business days for International.
Europe/International (UPS): 5-12 business days (Excluding Greenland, longer transit time.)
Europe/International Priority : 4-6 business days. Available for the following countries: Germany, United Kingdom, France, Sweden, Netherlands, Australia, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Austria, Norway, Switzerland, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Italy, New Zealand, Czech Republic, Mexico, and Greenland. (Greenland transit time about 15 days)
Shipping Carriers
For USA Domestic orders, we use UPS to the local depot, with USPS as the last-mile partner.
For USA Priority orders, we use FedEx to the local depot, with USPS as the last-mile partner.
For Canada orders, we use UPS, running on an equivalent to First Class International service.
For Products available through our EU Facility, we use Spring GSD.
For Europe, UK, and International orders, we use UPS with domestic carriers once inside the destination country.

Our jewelry products are made to order just for you! Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any purchases made at Gemglow. All sales are final. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase before completing your transaction.

In rare cases where there is a manufacturing defect or if the item received is significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us immediately within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
